What is Buneats?

Buneats is a monthly subscription box filled with hand-picked toys and treats for your VIP rabbit. Our mission is to provide your rabbit with new experiences and products that we know they will love.

You are also able to purchase single pet products from our Shop

What animals are your products safe for?

Our products are made for rabbits in mind and we focus a lot of time to ensure they are 100% safe for them. We also have a number of products that are safe for guinea pigs. You can find them in our Shop or via the Guinea pig category.

If you are looking for hamster products you may like our sister company Hammyeats which provides products specific for hamsters.

How can I change my account information?

You can change your account information such as your name, email & password by going to My Account > Account Details.

How can I change my billing & shipping information?

You can change your billing & shipping information by going to My Account > Address.

Subscription Box

What's in the box?

The contents in the box change monthly based on its theme but we can assure you that your rabbit will get a wonderful selection of 6-7 items from food, treats, chews, toys & wearables in every box.

How do I order a subscription box?

Easy, go to Get Started and place an order. It’s that simple.

Do you offer a one off subscription box?

We only offer a 1-month rolling subscription, however your welcome to cancel it after the 20th of that month and you won’t be billed again.

Do you offer a 6 or 12 months subscription?

No, we only offer a 1-month rolling subscription. We want our customers to have the flexibility to keep, pause or cancel their subscription at any time that suits you.

When do you take payments for the subscription box?

We take your first months payment on the same day you place an order with us. For every box after this, we take payment on the 1st of the month regardless of what day it falls on.

Can I cancel my subscription box service?

Yes, you can cancel anytime up until the 20th of that month and a full refund will be given.

If you cancel after the 20th of that month your cancellation will take effect from the following month.

Example 1: Payment was taken on the 1st January, you cancel on the 19th of January. A full refund would be made.

Example 2: Payment was taken on the 1st January, you cancel on the 25th January. You’ll receive Januarys box however no payment will be taken on the 1st February and your service will be cancelled.

How can I cancel my subscription box service?

You can cancel your service by going to My Account > Subscriptions and clicking on View > Cancel.

When you have done this you’ll see a status of “pending”, once we confirm your cancellation this status will change to “Canceled” and you’ll receive an email confirmation to confirm your cancellation has been successful.

Does offer coupon codes?

Yes, you can find all of our current codes at Voucher Codes and Offers.

Help, my coupon / e-voucher doesn't work?

If you are having issues with your coupon or e-voucher then this could be due to a number of reasons.

  1. You have entered the incorrect code
  2. The coupon has expired and is unfortunately no longer available
  3. You don’t have any credit left on your e-voucher

What payment options do you have?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our third-party provider Stripe.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us. If your order has not been shipped you will be refunded immediately. If your order has been shipped you will receive a refund once your order has been returned to us. Please see our Returns Policy.

My Item weighs less than it states on the website?

All our items are average weight, we try our best to keep all our product weights and sizes as close as possible however due to our production methods this isn’t always possible.

What locations do you deliver to?

We ship to the UK, Europe & Rest of the world* & our shipping is based on weight.

*Some locations we don’t currently offer shipping too just yet. If we do not ship to your location or you have a query about our shipping costs please contact us and we will be happy to help.

What happens if I'm out when you deliver?

Our courier will leave a card with options for redelivery. They may also try a next door neighbour to see if they will accept the parcel on your behalf.

Where is my order?

If your order has not arrived within 5 days of placing an order please contact us.

Please note if you have ordered a monthly subscription box, then it will be shipped out on the 20th of each month regardless of when you placed an order.


Can I return my product?

Yes, our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

My product has arrived damaged, what are my options?
